I am the guardian of my mother Irene Latchford. She is 91 years old and has recently been discharged from the hospital having had a fall sustained by a previous care agency.

The carers from Cornerstone have looked after my mum professionally so far, since becoming involved. The Registered manager Sohna, has been the main liaison person for me and he has shown a distinct amount of respect not only to me but more importantly to my mum. He has kept me informed at all times, especially when we have encountered problems through the NHS process
