EMPLOYMENT
- It is our responsibility to identify and recruit those individuals we feel are genuinely caring and best suited to your care needs.
- Candidates are interviewed face-to-face and must undergo our mandatory Training Programme which covers all aspects of their role.
- All our Carers will continue to receive ongoing training throughout their course of employment with us. Your Carer will have the support of a Senior Carer or Care Manager every day from 9.00 am – 5.00 pm, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
All candidates are required to provide the following before commencing employment with us:
- Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau (CRB)(DBS) checks
- A full health declaration
- Full working history, along with detailed reference checks
- Annual reviews with relevant registration bodies to ensure fitness to practice.
- Right to work in the UK practice
